THE COMPANY

Founded in 1988 by the ingenious Anil Singh and Vivek B. Singh, Procam International is committed to elevate and enliven the professional face of sports and players. With an open, transparent culture founded on an unshakeable core of integrity, Procam offers turnkey solutions for the wide spectrum of services required to successfully conduct premium sporting events. Procam International has pioneered several sporting events in India in 50 events held worldwide. This proficient and impeccable modus operandi has resulted in forming valuable relationships with our partners.

THE PROCAM LEGACY

1989

The national championships were given a makeover under the new name “Standard Chartered Summer Classic Tennis”. The facilities at venues were revamped and players were afforded top-notch accommodation and hospitality.

1991

Procam conducted the NEC World Youth Cup Australasia Tennis Qualifying in Mumbai. We also organised the Leela Beach Spectacular, India’s first ever water-skiing tournament at the iconic Marine Drive.

1990

A great many international cricketers participated in the Procam-promoted Pepsi Double Wicket tournament. It was telecast on ESPN and received plenty of attention as the Sachin Tendulkar-Kapil Dev duo emerged victorious

1994

Heralded by many as one of the best event on the PSA Super Series, the Procam-organised Mahindra Squash International attracted some of the top players to India.

1995

India did well at the Procam-powered Green Gold Fed Cup Asia/Oceania tennis qualifying in Mumbai and made it to the world group. We also successfully organised the ATP Challenger Series for the second year running.

1996

Procam was instrumental in bringing the World Wrestling Entertainment (then known as the WWF) to India for the first time. We also started our association with the All India Inter Schools Cricket tournament.

1998

In a busy year, Procam conducted the Bacardi Asian Beach Volleyball Championships in Mumbai, Goa football league and Mahindra World Squash Championship in Doha.

1999

Procam organized the All India & South Asia Rugby Tournament – in existence since 1924. To catch the popular imagination, we also organised a celebrity event.

2003

Over 300 bodybuilders from 12 countries descended on Mumbai in early November 2003 and flexed their muscles in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness-recognised Mr Universe.

2004

The Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, still in existence, is considered one of the top marathons in the world. Legends like Michael Johnson, Linford Christie and Edwin Moses have been event ambassadors.

2008

Athletes of top stature like Maurice Greene and Shawn Crawford, besides Bollywood star Deepika Padukone, have been associated with the TCS World 10K Bengaluru, the world’s richest 10K run.

2010

In 2010, Mahindra, legendary Scottish club Celtic and Procam combined to launch India’s first national Under-14 schools football tournament, the Mahindra Youth Football Challenge.

2011

In an attempt to take horse racing beyond its traditional audience, Procam, the Royal Western India Turf Club and Bennett Coleman Company Limited joined hands in a unique endeavour and organised 13 R1 classics.

2012

In another football venture, Procam, Bharti Airtel and EPL club Manchester United launched Airtel Rising Stars, India’s largest Under-16 soccer talent hunt in 16 cities.

2014

The Tata Steel Kolkata 25K saw a successful launch in 2014 with over 6,500 people participating and 2015 wasn’t any different either in terms of response with over Rs 95 lakh raised for charity.

2017

NEXA P1 Powerboat- World's first Grand Prix of the seas launched.

2020

Sunfeast India Run As One - a first-of-its-kind virtual movement - kick-started on the 74th Independence Day, digitally uniting the country to support lost livelihoods due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Anil Singh has always championed stupendous sporting properties and events through Procam. Fuelled by his vision to build sports on the virtuous pillars of meritocracy, branding, global alliances, and charity, his unprecedented creativity has been instrumental in establishing India’s premier sports management company.

Vivek’s astute business acumen and pedantry piloted his success in the event management industry. Mahesh is a seasoned C.A with over two decades of expertise in sectors ranging from broadcasting to software. He brings a veritable experience of capital management, accounting, and fundraising.

Sankaran's supreme sports administration skills come from 33 years in the basketball federation. He served as V.P of the Amateur Athletics Federation of India, is a 3 time FIFA guest, and IOA nominee.

Director – Operations

A sub-2-hour half marathoner in India, Asia. Kevin lives his profession. A veteran of 25 years, with experience ranging from working with top brands like Reliance Broadcast and ESPN Star Sports, he is the mainstay of Sales & Business Development.

A national level basketball player, Shveta Mehra heads the Business Development and Client Relations at Procam. Armed with 20+ years of experience in revenue generation and business development across leading brands like Times of India, MTV India and ESPN Star Sports, she constantly strives to provide innovative and mutually beneficial solutions.

Neerja boasts an impressive 18 years of experience in brand and marketing communication. A true master of all trades, she has conducted various huge product and event launches.

Pratik is the force behind seamless registration management at Procam since 2007. He oversees distance running events in innovative ways along with managing data entries operations for events.

Claudius has been instrumental in spearheading the sustainability and green initiatives through Procam promoted distance running events. From developing an urban forest on the banks of the Madiwala Lake in Bengaluru city in 2011 to achieving 100% waste-managed races. He is one of the founding members of the AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races ) Sustainability Commission

Anil has spearheaded finance and accounts for over a decade at Procam. A well-trained and practised runner, he is always preparing for next half marathon with his wife who is also a seasoned runner.

Based in Delhi, Rakesh is the head planning & coordination director for Procam International. His responsibility include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits to ensure a smooth and successful marathon. Heading the team, Rakesh's eye for details and consisce job lists make sure that every event has a transistional process for each participant

Prasanta Saha heads the Planning & Coordination of all Procam International events. Based out of Kolkata, his responsibilities range from licensing to permissions, venue management to budgeting. Prasanta a core factor in laying the groundwork for a successful marathon.

Arvind brings a virtuous tenure of 50 years to Procam. He has served as state commissioner and coordinated the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, TCS Bengaluru World 10K,and Airtel Delhi Half Marathon.

Shruti drives Procam's legal management process and ensures the company's seamless alignment with its strategic goal. She has been visiting faculty to top law colleges due to her valuable legal expertise

With over 12 years of experience in Sports and Event Management, Abhishek is Procam's Deputy Head - Operations. His capabilities help assist with Site Evaluation, Layout Definition and Revenue & Brand projections as well as vendor management.

Akshay heads the Supply Chain Management & Purchase for Procam International. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance, he implements effective measures for Crisis management as and when required. Akshay’s skill is invaluable to ensuring the overall success of an event.

A retired British long distance runner, Hugh Jonesh was the first ever Welshman to win the London Marathon. Today Hugh is the Race Director for all four Procam International events. As a Race Director he oversees Race site logistics including identifying a charted race course for each distance running event.
